OUR FRESCO OF CHANGE

Description :

Our HACK'TIVE your change fresco is an awareness workshop to align your team around a shared vision of the change issues in your projects.

The activity is based around a game of 53 cards (1h30) followed by a tailor-made workshop (1h30).

Participants leave with:

  • a better understanding of the need to support change in a systemic and human way to ensure the success of projects.

  • proven tools and techniques to achieve this.

DIVE IN

A diversity, equity & inclusion awareness workshop at work in collaboration with

Description:

Dive In is a collaborative investigation game. As a team, you play as an internal agency that has just been created to provide solutions to D&I issues within your company.

  • Different managers consult you on very different topics. Based on what they tell you and the documents at your disposal, you will need to:

  • Understand the situation (who is affected, what is the problem?)

  • Analyze the situation (is this a case of discrimination? What is the impact?)

  • Recommend actions (for the manager, those concerned and the company, in the short, medium and long term)

The game session is followed by a debrief with a subject expert who will share the implications of your recommendations in each situation. This is an opportunity to revisit the key messages of each topic discussed.
