To improve the quality of its service, our client undertook a transformation encompassing several projects. 
Our intention focused on three areas: supporting project managers overseeing the transformation program providing dedicated support for certain projects within the program 

This three-pronged approach enabled us to equip collaborators, transmit a method, and develop a collaborative community, while also ensuring the success of the ongoing transformation. 

This transformation has led to significant changes and fostered a spirit of collaboration among project managers, highlighting the importance of capitalizing on existing assets.
