Before any other area (organization, process, information systems, etc.), it is always the people who will make the difference for the success or failure of major transformations,

The integration of allies, methodologies and tools that are little or poorly used in business.
Motion
The mobilization and setting in motion of the entire collective as a sine qua non condition for the success and sustainability of the transformation.
Emotions
Emotions are the great forgotten in business today, even though they quite simply govern our lives, both professional and personal.
